About

My interest in rehab, performance and endurance coaching comes from my own experience with long-term injury and rebuilding confidence in my body.
 

At 21, I ruptured my ACL while playing football on scholarship. What followed was years of setbacks, recurring issues and trying to understand why my body never fully felt “right” again.

That process eventually led me into a much deeper interest in movement, strength, running performance, rehabilitation and load management.
 

Over the last number of years, I’ve combined that personal experience with continued education and hands-on coaching experience working with runners, endurance athletes and active people.
 

Today, my work focuses on helping people rebuild confidence, capacity and performance through testing, coaching and return-to-performance strategies — whether that’s returning from injury, preparing for endurance events, or getting back to training consistently again.
 

Alongside endurance coaching and performance nutrition, I use tools including VO₂ max testing, VALD performance testing and running assessments to help guide training and progression in a more objective and practical way.
